Samajwadi Party national president and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Friday made several allegations against BJP and CM Yogi Adityanath regarding Ram Temple. He said that the BJP government of Uttar Pradesh is continuously organizing sponsored programs to garner false praise.
Akhilesh Yadav posted on the social media platform ‘X’ and said, ‘On one hand, the BJP government of Uttar Pradesh is continuously organizing sponsored programs of false praise and on the other hand, the rebuke of the Honorable Allahabad High Court has spoiled the situation by saying that the government’s decision to make village heads administrators despite the end of their tenure is unconstitutional.’
target regarding chiefs
Former UP CM Akhilesh said, ‘Now, the same village heads will not even allow BJP workers to enter the villages, because the BJP government’s order to make them administrators had given them hope of doing some new work, which they had promised to the people. Now, the public does not understand the technicalities of this matter. They will just believe that Pradhan ji did not fulfill his promise and along with the ‘double engine’ government grabbed all the money.
Expenses may have to be borne from pocket
He said, ‘The heads also fear that they may have to bear the burden of expenses incurred in the meantime from their own pockets. It is possible that an order to return the money may come tomorrow. When the tenure itself has been proved wrong, then the money spent during that period will also be considered legally wrong.
BJP implicated the Pradhans very badly
The SP chief said, ‘BJP has trapped the Pradhans very badly. The contractors to whom the Pradhans had given work will also knock on the doors of the Pradhans for payment of bills. That is why Pradhan will now blockade BJP people and their associates in every village. BJP was about to become wise, but its own story has ended. BJP is of no importance.
High Court did not give permission
He has given this statement at a time when Allahabad High Court has said that village heads or gram panchayat presidents cannot be allowed to work further as administrators. The court has asked the Uttar Pradesh government to give a deadline for holding Panchayat elections in the state.
Justice Siddharth Nandan passed this order on the petition of Arvind Rathore. Rathore had challenged the government order of May 25 and the order issued the next day in the High Court. Under the government order, village heads who had completed their five-year tenure were appointed administrators.
