Under the leadership of Indian team captain Harmanpreet Kaur, India has won 3 out of 4 matches. Meanwhile in this competition Shri CharaniHas created a new record by bowling brilliantly. Also India’s semi-final hopes are still alive.

The 21-year-old Mr. Charani has performed tremendously for the Indian team. Total 2 wickets taken against Bangladesh in yesterday’s match. Sreecharani has taken wickets in all the four matches. She became the first Indian player to take the most wickets in the T20 World Cup by taking 2 wickets in Bangladesh.

India has defeated Bangladesh by 5 wickets. So India has taken a step forward towards the semi-finals. In this match Shri Charani has broken Poonam Yadav’s record. Poonam Yadav took 10 wickets in T20 World Cup 2020. This 6-year record has been broken by Sricharani.

Shri Charani took a total of 12 wickets in this year’s World Cup. Shri Charani is playing the World Cup for the first time this year. She has surprised everyone with her bowling. New Zealand’s Amelia Kerr holds the record for most wickets in the T20 World Cup. Mr. Charani is 34 wickets away from breaking the record.
