It is alleged that when the woman pressurized him for Nikah, the accused retracted and got married again. Not only this, when she protested, the victim was brutally beaten, thrown down from the terrace and now her obscene video is being threatened to go viral. In the complaint given to the police, the victim told that a young man from the same village had trapped her in his love trap about eight years ago. The accused had promised to marry her and on the pretext of this, he continued physically exploiting her. The woman alleges that she remained silent for so many years considering the false promises of the accused as true, but in reality his intentions were different. Whenever the woman talked about getting married, the accused used to postpone the matter by making some excuse or the other.

Thrown from roof for protesting, threatened to make obscene video viral

A new twist in the case came when the accused cheated the victim and got married secretly at another place. When the victim came to know about this, she strongly protested against it. It is alleged that after this the accused returned to his real form. He brutally assaulted the woman to get her out of the way and pushed her down from the terrace.

The woman suffered serious injuries to her spinal cord and leg in this fatal attack. According to local people, lakhs of rupees were spent on the treatment of the woman, but she could not recover completely and is now forced to live as a disabled person. The victim says that the accused is now mentally harassing her by threatening to make her obscene video viral.

Attempt to strangle someone by entering the house

The woman has mentioned another shocking incident in her complaint. He told that a few months ago the accused had entered his house by jumping over the wall. There he tried to kill the victim by strangulating her throat. It was fortunate that the woman raised an alarm, hearing which people nearby rushed to the spot. Seeing the crowd coming, the accused ran away to save his life.

Thakurdwara Kotwali police has registered a case against the accused under relevant sections on the basis of the victim’s complaint. Police officials say that considering the sensitivity of the case, a fair investigation is being conducted and the accused will be arrested soon and strict legal action will be taken.
