RRB Jobs 2026: Millions of young people across the country dream of securing a government job; they prepare diligently while eagerly awaiting the announcement of vacancies. If you are among them, the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued a short notification inviting applications from eligible candidates for a total of 119 Section Controller posts.

The online application process for these RRB vacancies is expected to begin on July 15, with the deadline for submission set for August 14. Eligible and interested candidates wishing to apply for these positions can submit their registration forms via the RRB's official website anytime from the activation of the application link until the deadline.

**Who Can Apply?**
Applicants must hold at least a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution or university. Additionally, candidates must meet other prescribed eligibility criteria and qualifications.

The age limit for applicants is set between a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 33 years, calculated as of July 1. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted age relaxation in accordance with the rules.

**Selection Process**
Eligible candidates will be selected through stages such as a Computer-Based Test (CBT), an aptitude test (if applicable), document verification, and a medical examination. Selected candidates will receive an initial monthly salary of ₹35,400 under Pay Level 6, in accordance with the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) guidelines. They will also be entitled to additional benefits and allowances.
