Torture Factory in Muzaffarnagar… Released workers told the story of life like ‘hell’

A joint team of Labor Department and District Administration has conducted a major raid in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The team has busted a big bonded labor racket running in a bag manufacturing factory. During this rescue operation, 12 workers who were held hostage behind the high walls of the factory were rescued safely. These laborers were imprisoned there for the last one and a half to two years and were living a life worse than hell. These workers, who were freed from the captivity of the factory, have made serious allegations against the owners. The workers told that they were brought here with the lure of good work and big salary.
