How to eat cheese?
- If there is paneer in the dish, instead of keeping pulses, keep watery vegetables like gourd, pumpkin, shrimp, papaya.
- If you want to add cheese to the salad, cut it into small pieces. Instead of raw paneer, saute it on low flame. It makes lactose intake easier.
- If there is paneer in the leaf, the quantity of rice and bread should be reduced so that the carbohydrate level is not exceeded.
- Instead of frying directly in oil, fry the cheese in a teaspoon of ghee, butter or olive oil.
- If you want to eat paneer pakora, never have milk and tea with it.

Nutritionists say, one should be aware of when cheese is being eaten. For example, if dinner is before 9 pm, then only have cheese on the plate. Or heartburn or sleep problems may occur. By keeping these simple tips in mind, you can eat as much cheese as you like.
