Anu Aggarwal shared a photo of herself in the post, in which she is seen in an off white simple saree. With this post he said that his question has always been very important that whether the people who come to watch my film in the theater are getting something good in return or not.
He wrote in his post, “One thing that used to bother me as an artiste was that people pay money to watch my films. This may sound common, but I kept thinking about it constantly.
He further wrote, “This thinking changed the way I choose films. It is not enough that a film is successful, but it is also important whether that film is worthy of the audience or not. Many stories came to me which were not suitable for the audience, due to which I rejected those films.”
Anu Aggarwal said, “It was not just about being typecast or choosing the right character. I felt responsible towards the people sitting in the theatre. The audience has given me a lot. The least I could do for me was to respect their time, attention and trust.”
He said, “This thinking was the hallmark of my career and that is why I stayed away from many films.”
