The SIT investigation has revealed the involvement of not only the enumerators but also about thirty people of the trust. Due to not getting satisfactory answers to many questions in the initial inquiry and giving evasive answers, there is a preparation to tighten the noose on persons like Tinnu Yadav, Lavkush and Anukalp. Strong evidence has been found that cash has been recovered from these people. The SIT has interrogated these five for more than 20 hours.
If sources are to be believed, based on the facts revealed in the investigation, there is a strong possibility of FIR being registered against five people including Tinnu Yadav, Lavkush and Anukalp, who are considered close to Champat Rai. However, the final decision will be taken only after the SIT report and review at the government level. Instructions from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) are also being awaited in this entire matter, because the trust was formed by the Central Government. The decision on further action and reorganization of the trust will be taken as per the instructions received from the PMO.
