The latest case is of the residence of former MLA Vijay Yadav, from where thieves made away with his expensive Mahindra Thar car. However, the police also showed promptness in this matter and not only recovered the stolen Thar within just 24 hours, but also succeeded in arresting an accused.

In fact, on June 20, the Thar car parked outside the house of former MLA Vijay Yadav suddenly disappeared. Being a high profile case, the police immediately came into action. Mahipal Singh Yadav’s son Romish Yadav had filed a case against unknown thieves in Thakurdwara Kotwali regarding the incident. After this, several police teams started searching for the thief.

The accused was roaming in the area with a Thar, police caught him

According to the information received from the police, on the information of the informer, a suspect was surrounded and detained on Saturday. The arrested youth has been identified as Faizan (26 years) son of Usman, who is a resident of village Ramnagar Khaguwala of Thakurdwara. It is being told that the accused was roaming in the area with the stolen Thar (No. UK07 FG 2220) and was planning to dispose of it somewhere, when the police kept a close eye on him.

Confessed to crime during interrogation, presented in court

Accused Faizan could not survive for long in front of strict police interrogation. While confessing his crime, he said that he had stolen this Thar from the former MLA’s residence. Police arrested the accused showing 100% recovery from his possession. After completing the paperwork, the police presented the accused in the court, from where he has been sent to jail.
