Cocktail 2the latest Shahid Kapoor-starrer romantic comedy, has taken off to a good start at the box office, garnering over 13 crores nett on day 1 at domestic box office. However, the film’s box office potential is also limited to some extent due to the A-rating certificate it received from the censor board. Recently, Shahid addressed the issue.
Interacting with his fans online during a promotional session, Shahid Kapoor said, “I know we have gotten an A-certificate. I am figuring out why. I didn’t understand why we received A-rating.” Further assuring his fans that Cocktail 2 is a family friendly film, the O’Romeo actor added, “There is nothing in this film that you could find objectionable. It’s a story of three people, and it’s a film you can watch with everybody.”
