The Chief Minister said that if anyone is found guilty, he will not be spared, but it is important to avoid making unruly comments that could impact the investigation.
Addressing the inauguration and foundation stone laying program of various development projects worth Rs 245 crore during his visit to Ayodhya, Chief Minister Yogi said that the devotees of Ram have struggled with dignity and patience for the temple of Lord Ram for 500 years. He said, “Wait for 15 more days, there is no need to worry. The investigating agencies are doing their work.”
The Chief Minister also launched a scathing attack on the opposition parties, especially the Samajwadi Party and the Congress. He said that those who were known for opening fire on Ram devotees and kar sevaks in the past, are today trying to teach the lesson of devotion to Ram and respect for Ayodhya. He alleged that some political parties never wanted Ayodhya to get global recognition and even today they are not able to accept the achievements of Ayodhya.
Taking aim at Congress, CM Yogi said that those who are opposing the construction of Ram temple and questioning the existence of Lord Ram are today talking about the respect of Ram devotees. Taking a dig at the Samajwadi Party, he said that those who maintained distance from Ayodhya and stopped their leaders from coming here, are now doing politics on the issue of Ayodhya and Rambhakti.
He said that today Ayodhya is making its mark among the major spiritual and cultural centers of the world. Solar city, international airport, wide roads and development of circumambulation routes have become its new identity. He alleged that the opposition is not liking the changing face of Ayodhya and that is why from time to time efforts are made to tarnish its image through propaganda.
During this time, the Chief Minister also participated in the inauguration program of the Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital and the unveiling program of the statue of brave woman Jhalkari Bai. He said that his government is dedicated to honoring national heroes and heroines and in this spirit, various schemes and institutions have been named after great personalities.
