The Premier League has officially released the full list of derby dates and fixtures for the 2026/27 season, setting the stage for an exciting campaign filled with traditional rivalries and intense matchups.
The new season will mark the beginning of Xabi Alonso’s era as Chelsea manager, with his first competitive match coming in the form of a West London Derby. The Blues will travel to Craven Cottage to face Fulham on the opening Monday night of the season.
Michael Carrick’s Manchester United will host Manchester City at Old Trafford just three weeks into the campaign, with both clubs entering the season under the guidance of newly appointed permanent managers.
Liverpool are set for a demanding stretch in November, with back-to-back fixtures against their fiercest rivals. The Reds will visit Everton on 21st November before hosting Manchester United at Anfield on 28th November. The same sequence of fixtures will be repeated in January.
Fans will have to wait until 5th December for the first North London Derby of the season, when Tottenham Hotspur welcome reigning Premier League champions Arsenal to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The final day of the season, scheduled for 30th May, will feature two local derbies. Chelsea will play host to Brentford at Stamford Bridge, while newly promoted Coventry City will face their Midlands rivals Nottingham Forest.
