Lucknow: Even though the magic of FIFA World Cup 2026 is in full swing all over the world, today i.e. 17th June is no less than a great festival for cricket lovers. This is because amidst this Mahakumbh of football, not just one or two, but 7 major cricket matches are being played today on different grounds of the world.

The most unique thing about this ‘Super-Wednesday’ is that three different teams of India are presenting their challenge in three different countries today. From morning till late night, fans are going to get a ‘double dose’ of sports on screen.

There are 3 Indian teams on the field today-

India A vs Afghanistan A: This match has started from 10:00 am. It has started with the Tri-Nation series being played in Sri Lanka. This match against Afghanistan is very important for India A to remain in the race for the final.

Team India vs Afghanistan, 2nd ODI: The main men’s teams of India and Afghanistan will face each other in the afternoon in the city of Nawabs, Lucknow. Team India, which had registered a resounding victory in the first match, will enter the series today with the intention of making its lead unassailable.

Indian women’s team vs Netherlands: ‘Women in Blue’, captained by Harmanpreet Kaur, will take the field against Netherlands in the Women’s T20 World Cup at 7:30 pm.
