Ingredients for Pizza Samosa:
For the samosa pastry:
All-purpose flour (Maida) – 1 cup
Carom seeds (Ajwain) – ½ tsp
Oil or Ghee – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Water – for kneading
For the pizza stuffing:
Mozzarella cheese – ½ cup
Finely chopped capsicum – 3 tbsp
Boiled corn – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Pizza sauce – 2 to 3 tbsp
Oregano and chili flakes – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste

Method for making Pizza Samosa:

First, take the all-purpose flour in a bowl and add salt, carom seeds, and oil (for the shortening/binding). Mix it well with your hands until the flour begins to bind together. Now, gradually add water to knead a stiff dough, cover it, and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

Now, place the chopped capsicum, onion, and corn into a mixing bowl. Add the pizza sauce, oregano, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt, then mix everything well.

Finally, mix in a generous amount of mozzarella cheese. Your cheesy pizza stuffing is ready.

Now, divide the kneaded dough into small balls. Take one ball and roll it out into an elongated shape (like a *puri*). Cut it in half to create two equal parts.

Pick up one piece, lightly moisten the edges with water, and shape it into a cone. Fill it with the prepared pizza stuffing. Seal the top edges firmly using water to ensure the cheese doesn't leak out.

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes. Next, lightly brush the prepared samosas with oil. Place the samosas in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is some space between them.

Air fry them at 180°C for approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Halfway through, remove the basket and flip the samosas so they turn evenly golden and crispy on both sides.

Once the samosas are perfectly golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer. Your piping hot, low-oil, and incredibly cheesy pizza samosa is ready.
