A viral reel filmed at a temple ghat in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, has put the spotlight on the dangerous lengths some social media creators go to for online fame. In the video, a man performs a risky stunt with a motorcycle while his wife poses on it, prompting concerns over public safety and respect for religious sites. The stunt has now led to police intervention and the seizure of the vehicle.

The incident took place at the Belha Devi Temple ghat, where a couple allegedly shot a social media reel featuring a hazardous motorcycle stunt. The video, which quickly spread across Instagram and other platforms, has sparked criticism from both local residents and authorities.

In the viral clip, a young man can be seen lifting a Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle off the ground using his strength. Adding to the dramatic display, his wife sits on the suspended bike in a cinematic pose. According to reports, the motorcycle weighs around 150 kilograms, while the woman weighs approximately 70 kilograms. The man, who refers to himself as "Bahubali" on social media, has built a following by posting similar stunt videos.



The stunt was performed within the temple ghat premises, drawing objections from locals who questioned the appropriateness of such activities at a religious site. Many residents expressed concern over the risks involved and demanded action against those promoting dangerous behavior for online popularity.

Following the video's circulation, police took cognizance of the matter and initiated action. Authorities issued a challan against the man and seized the motorcycle. Officials stated that the action was intended to serve as a deterrent and discourage others from attempting similar stunts.



The individual has been identified as Shekhar, a resident of the Jogipur police station area. He works for a private company and runs an Instagram account named "shekhar_comedy_84," where he regularly uploads stunt-related content. Over the past few months, he has shared multiple videos showing himself lifting motorcycles while men, women, and even children sit on them.

With more than 14,000 followers on Instagram, Shekhar's content has gained considerable attention online. However, the temple ghat video proved to be far more controversial than his previous posts and eventually caught the attention of law enforcement agencies.

City Circle Officer Prashant Raj Hooda confirmed that legal action had been initiated and that the motorcycle had been impounded. He stated that further action would be taken based on instructions from senior officials. The matter is currently under detailed investigation.

Police and local authorities have once again urged the public to avoid engaging in dangerous activities merely for social media views and followers. They emphasized that public safety should never be compromised in the pursuit of online fame.
