Connolly Leads Australia's Chase

Cooper Connolly then played a scintillating knock of 47 from just 27 deliveries which changed the complexion of the game. A steady knock of 18 by Matt Renshaw and calm finishing from Joel Davies meant that there was no late scare. A boundary by Xavier Bartlett secured a convincing win for the Australian team, and an early series lead. Bangladeshi batters would need to significantly improve if they want to level the series and have any chance in the remaining matches.
