Amidst the uproar in the country over paper leaks and examination scams, Congress leader and leader of opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi has opened a front against the central government. Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday strongly appealed to the youth and students of the country to participate in large numbers in his grand rally “Echo of Students” to be organized in Kota, the education hub of Rajasthan.

This big rally of Congress will mainly focus on sensitive issues like the serious allegations of NEET-UG exam paper leak which has become a topic of discussion in the country, continuous irregularities in government job recruitments and all the big challenges faced by common students and job aspirants. Just before this big rally, in one of his Facebook posts, Rahul Gandhi has strongly criticized the Modi government at the Centre. He has described the Central Government as a machine which, during its last 12-year-long tenure, has completely and systematically “crushed” the hopes of crores of youth of the country for a better future and a good life.

Every Indian youth has every right to dream of success: Rahul Gandhi

Taking an attacking stance on the central government, Rahul Gandhi further wrote in his post, “Every youth of India has the right to dream of a better life and achieve great success in life – and fulfilling those innocent dreams is the first responsibility of the elected government of the country. Despite this, for the last 12 years, the Modi government at the Center has remained a ruthless machine that has been continuously crushing these beautiful dreams of our youth.”

He completely reassured the youth of the country and reiterated that the Congress Party always stands firmly with the youth against the ongoing “corruption and oppression” in the country. He further said, “Together we will transform the suppressed voice of the students into a very loud call for change in the country through this rally.” Earlier in the day too, Rahul Gandhi had made serious allegations against the Center and said that the continuous paper leaks in the country, huge mismanagement of examinations, repeated cancellation of government recruitments, ever increasing fees, indiscriminate privatization of education and big scams have completely shattered the golden dreams of millions of young Indians in the country.

After Kota, Rahul Gandhi will roar in Allahabad, Patna and Delhi also

Connecting directly with the youth, Rahul Gandhi expressed his views on the social media platform X. He wrote, “My youth and friends of Generation Z, one thing is completely clear in my mind, and you too should settle it deep in your heart that making the future of every youth of India safe and bright is the biggest responsibility of the country’s government. But responsibility and honesty – both these words are far away from the thinking and working style of the Modi government at this time.”

Let us tell you that Rahul Gandhi is going to officially launch a long series of big student conferences to be organized across the country from Kota city of Rajasthan, because the Congress Party is now in the mood to intensify its nationwide campaign on the alleged “examination scams” and these burning issues directly affecting the youth.

According to the official information given by Congress General Secretary (Organization) KC Venugopal, after this introduction of quota, similar big programs will be organized in Allahabad (Prayagraj) of Uttar Pradesh on July 10, Patna in Bihar on July 11 and the country’s capital Delhi on July 14. In these conferences, suffering students from across the country, candidates preparing for government jobs, various youth organizations and teachers will come together on a common platform. Giving details of the programme, Venugopal said, “Rahul Gandhi will lead a series of mega student conferences starting from Kota (June 17), Allahabad (July 10), Patna (July 11) and Delhi (July 14), in which students, exam aspirants, youth organizations, eminent teachers and all those directly affected by the recent examination scams will come together and raise their voices.”

Rahul Gandhi is misleading children and increasing tension: BJP’s counterattack

On the other hand, amidst this aggressive campaign and big claims of Congress, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has also given its strong reaction on this. Senior BJP leader and MP Sambit Patra on Wednesday strongly criticized Rahul Gandhi’s proposed “Echo of Students” rally to be held in Kota, Rajasthan. He hit back sharply at the Congress leadership, alleging that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was trying to “completely mislead innocent children” regarding the sensitive issue of NEET-UG examination and unnecessarily create huge mental stress among the students preparing for competitive exams.

While giving advice, Patra said that Rahul Gandhi should show some responsibility and accountability in the public life of the country. Sambit Patra said in a sharp tone, “There must be a sense of responsibility and accountability towards the country somewhere in Rahul Gandhi’s everyday behavior and his politics. But we have always seen that there is a huge lack of responsibility within Rahul Gandhi; he never works in the spirit of a responsible politician and only wants to spoil the atmosphere of the country.”
