On one hand, there is talk of disintegration of Shiv Sena (Uddhav Bala Saheb Thackeray) MPs. On the other hand, Trinamool Congress (TMC) has already split into Congress. The sorrows of both the parties are now almost the same and the leaders of both are enjoying on social media. Earlier, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut had written that Rs 15 crore advance was being given to his party’s MPs. On this, TMC’s Mahua Moitra asked why so few? On this, Sanjay Raut has written that the minimum support price (MSP) is Rs 50 crore.
On the other hand, there is talk that many Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs have reached Delhi. It is being said that these MPs are going to have a meeting with Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy CM Eknath Shinde and after the meeting, like the TMC MPs, these MPs will also meet Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and will claim to form a separate faction of two-thirds of the MPs. Later this group can be merged into Shivsena led by Eknath Shinde. After getting such an inkling, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader in Lok Sabha Arvind Sawant has also written a letter to the Speaker.
Where did the matter start?
Sanjay Raut had written in a tweet, ‘Apna Sapna Money Money. It is surprising that tonight there is an offer to give Rs 15 crore in advance to the MPs of Maharashtra so that they change the party. In this post, he had also tagged Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
Resharing the same post, TMC Lok Sabha MP Mahua Moitra wrote, ‘Only Rs 15 crore? Why going cheap? Believe me, there has been talk of giving Rs 4 crore to our people at one go and Rs 1 crore every month for the next 36 months. Honey plus money. Mahua Moitra tagged Abhishek Banerjee and Uddhav Thackeray in this post.
Now Sanjay Raut could not stop himself on hearing this from Mahua. He wrote, ‘No, no Mahua ji. MSP is fixed at Rs 50 crore i.e. fifty kiosks. 15 crores is just advance. In fact these people are not even worth Rs 50 thousand. Their price has become so high only because they are labeled with Shiv Sena and TMC brands.
