Why did Vaibhav Suryavanshi get angry?

There was a verbal argument between Vaibhav and Sri Lankan player Vishan Halambay. According to reports, Halambaj told Vaibhav, ‘The match is over… now you go home.’ Vaibhav felt bad about this and he immediately retaliated.
Eyewitnesses told that in anger Vaibhav went to Halambaj and also pushed him. Seeing the situation worsening, players of both the teams intervened. Sri Lanka’s experienced wicketkeeper Niroshan Dickwella and India’s Suryansh Shedge intervened to calm the matter.

According to a report by Cricbuzz, after this incident the Sri Lanka A team management held an internal meeting. In this, the behavior of Vishan Halambage was discussed and it was indicated that the Sri Lankan team could go to the India A dressing room to apologise.
