While talking to the media in Patna, the Minister said that Patna Police is investigating the matter and the police is doing whatever is appropriate and right without any discrimination or pressure. Whoever is found guilty or at fault will definitely be taken action against. The police has taken action in such cases before and will continue to do so in future also.
Regarding the government’s preparations for monsoon and flood affected areas, Minister Sunil Kumar said that the projects will be started on priority basis and according to the availability of funds. Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has also held a review meeting through the Disaster Management Department and not only have meetings been held at the administrative level, but all the necessary preparations have also been completed. The state government and district administration are fully prepared and alert in every district and are ready to deal with any disaster situation.
