While going to Khatima, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Baur reservoir located in Gularbhoj for some time. He enjoyed the natural beauty by taking a motor boat tour in the reservoir with MLA Arvind Pandey.
During this, both the leaders discussed the proposed water sports competitions and promotion of tourism activities in Baur Reservoir. CM said that national and international level canoeing and kayaking competitions have been organized in the Baur reservoir in the past. The state government is working towards developing it as a major center for adventure tourism and water sports activities.
While discussing the natural beauty of the reservoir and the immense tourism potential, Chief Minister Dhami and MLA Pandey stressed on accelerating efforts towards giving the area a new identity on the tourism map. Enthusiasm and happiness were visible on the faces of both the leaders sitting together on the motor boat, due to which tremendous enthusiasm was seen among the workers too.
During this, BJP District Vice President Amit Narang, Mohan Singh Panu, Narendra Koranga, DM Nitin Singh Bhadoria, SSP Ajay Ganpati, ADM Kaustubh Mishra and SDM Richa Singh etc. were present.
