Benefits of Moon Milk and its preparation method

Moon Milk contains herbs like ashwagandha, which are known to have powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Additionally, moon milk also contains other ingredients like cinnamon, ginger and honey, which have their own amazing health benefits. This drink is also helpful in strengthening the immune system.

Method of making moon milk

Material-

  • 1 cup – Milk of choice (whole, almond, coconut, etc.)
  • ½ tsp – ground ashwagandha powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ground nutmeg (a pinch)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 spoon – honey

Method of preparation

  • Heat milk in a pan and let it boil.
  • Mix ashwagandha, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in milk. Let it boil for about five minutes.
  • Then mix in coconut milk.

Now pour moon milk in a cup and add honey to it and drink it before sleeping at night.
