Malayalam singer and TV presenter Rimi Tommy once shared a chilling incident from her childhood which has an uncanny similarity to the film ' Kakkothikkavile Appooppan Thaadikal '. Throwback to the time when he revealed that it was during the time when she was living with her family in Ooty.

During an episode of her show when a contestant performed the famous song 'Kannanthumbi Poramo' from the film 'Kakkothikkavile Appooppan Thaadikal'. She revealed that her father was working with the army at that time and she along with her family was staying in Ooty.

Beggar took her awayOne day while she was playing outside her home, a beggar entered the area. The man reportedly asked young Rimi if would come with him. Being very young, she did not seem to understand any danger or threat and agreed to follow him without any hesitation.

At first, her family didn't realize she was missing. On the other hand, the beggar had taken her away from the house and was reportedly trying to put her in a sack in a nearby shed.

Family friend saved herFortunately, a family friend happened to pass through the area at the right time. He recognised the young girl as Rimi and immediately sensed something eerie. He then stopped the beggar before anything serious could happen and brought her back home.

This incident could have changed her entire life if that family friend had not arrived at the right time.
