The Ministry of Railways app ‘RailOne’ was launched a few months ago. Recently artificial intelligence got place as a new feature in this app. People have to travel by train from one place to another place not only for travel but also for urgent work. As a result, whether train tickets will be available or not, it becomes a matter of concern. At the last moment, there may be confirmation from the waiting list – many passengers cannot cancel the ticket just because of this thought. But if it doesn’t happen even at the very end, then the money is lost.

This feature is said to be especially useful on busy train routes. The primary goal of technology is to make people’s lives easier. First of all, there is no hassle of standing in long queues and jostling with crowds when buying tickets using this app.

Secondly, when a passenger goes to book a ticket with the help of this app, he will be informed about the probability of confirmation of that ticket in the next day. For this, all necessary information to ‘booking trend’, ‘cancellation pattern’, seat and route demand – etc. will be communicated to the passenger.

This ‘prediction’ was available some time ago. But at that time 53% accurate judgment could be made with its help. Now, according to railway officials, the prediction can be made up to 94% accurate after the latest update.

If the passengers can know in advance that the ticket will not be confirmed, then they can consciously avoid booking the waiting list ticket. As a result, both money and time can be saved.
