Jadon Sancho has officially parted company with Manchester United and is now a free agent, marking the end of a five-year stint that began when he joined the club from Borussia Dortmund in a deal reportedly worth €85 million.
On Wednesday, Manchester United confirmed that Sancho is among the players set to leave the club during the upcoming summer transfer window.
The winger had returned to Borussia Dortmund on loan for the second half of the 2023/24 season, sparking ongoing speculation about a possible permanent return to Signal Iduna Park for a third spell. However, whether that move materialises is yet to be determined.
During his time with Dortmund, Sancho registered 53 goals and 57 assists in 158 appearances, showcasing his attacking prowess and creativity.
In the 2025/26 season, Sancho spent a loan period at Aston Villa, where he played a key role in their Europa League triumph.
