During Brazil’s training session on Friday, Wesley managed to evade a forceful sliding tackle from Casemiro, shortly after the midfielder had earlier gone in hard on Endrick.
As reported by Coluna Do Fla, Wesley read the play well and leapt over Casemiro’s challenge, preventing any contact from the former Manchester United star.
In an earlier moment of the same session, Casemiro had attempted a sliding tackle to dispossess Endrick. Unlike with Wesley, his challenge connected with the young forward, but fortunately, Endrick did not sustain any injury.
Léo Pereira, Lucas Paquetá, Alex Sandro, and Danilo all took part in full training with the Brazil national team as usual.
The expectation is that Casemiro will start for Brazil in their upcoming match against Egypt on Saturday in the United States. The game is scheduled to kick off at 19:00 Brasília time.
