Currently, senior Indian batters Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are focusing solely on ODI cricket. It is widely assumed that both players may retire from the format after the 2027 World Cup. During a conversation with PTI, Saba Karim said, “I believe Rohit will have to work extremely hard. He must pay close attention to his fitness along with his batting.”
