The live streaming link for the Indonesia National Team versus Oman in the June 2026 FIFA Matchday can be accessed today.

The clash between Indonesia and Oman takes place on Friday (5 June 2026) at 8 PM WIB.

Fans can watch the match live on Indosiar or through the online TV streaming link on Vidio.com.

This match will serve as a key preparatory fixture for both teams ahead of the 2027 AFC Asian Cup finals.

Although both Indonesia and Oman failed to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, they have each secured a spot in the upcoming AFC Asian Cup, which will be hosted in Saudi Arabia in January 2027.

Indonesia’s World Cup qualifying campaign ended at the bottom of their group, which consisted of three teams.

Despite the commendable achievement of reaching the fourth round, the Garuda squad failed to collect any points in their matches against Iraq and Saudi Arabia.

On the managerial front, John Herdman was appointed as head coach following the dismissal of Patrick Kluivert in October 2025.

Under Herdman’s guidance, Indonesia have played two friendly matches with mixed outcomes — a resounding 4-0 victory over St. Kitts and Nevis on 27 March, followed by a narrow 1-0 defeat to Bulgaria on 30 March.

Overall, Indonesia have managed to win only four out of their last 13 matches, losing seven of them.

The fact that Indonesia’s attacking line has failed to score in six of those games remains a major concern for Herdman to address.

Additionally, their recent home record has been less than ideal — two losses, one draw, and just one win — despite having previously won three consecutive home fixtures.

On the visitors’ side, Oman only made it to the second round of World Cup qualifying, finishing bottom of their group with one point after facing Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.

Nicknamed Al-Ahmar, Oman last competed in December during the FIFA Arab Cup.

Their campaign ended in the group stage after finishing third, two points behind Saudi Arabia, who claimed the runner-up spot.

From three matches in that tournament, Oman collected four points, entering Friday’s encounter with three wins from their last nine outings.

This fixture also marks the debut of newly appointed coach Tarik Sektioui, who took charge of Oman in March 2026.

Sektioui is expected to improve his team’s attacking efficiency, as they have failed to score in five of their last nine matches.

Historically, Oman and Indonesia have met four times, with Oman winning three of those meetings. A victory in Jakarta would give them their fourth win in five matchups against Indonesia.

Indonesia are expected to field a forward trio consisting of Ole Romeny, Beckham Putra, and Ragnar Oratmangoen.

The three will be hunting for their fifth, seventh, and third international goals respectively.

In midfield, the double pivot of Calvin Verdonk and Joey Pelupessy are likely to retain their starting roles after performing together in the previous match.

If Herdman opts for a three-defender formation again, Justin Hubner, Rizki Ridho, and Elkan Baggott are expected to form the defensive line, with Emil Audero guarding the goal.

For Oman, central defenders Musab Al Shaqsi and Mohsin Al Ghassani will anchor the backline, supported by midfielders Sultan Al Marzouq and Harib Al Saadi.

Up front, striker Nasser Al Rawahi is set to lead the line, assisted by attacking midfielders Jameel Al Yahmadi, Abdullah Fawaz, and Zahir Al Aghbari.

Predicted Starting Lineups

Indonesia National Team:

Audero; Hubner, Ridho, Baggott; Diks, Verdonk, Pelupessy, Tjoe-A-On; Beckham, Romeny, Oratmangoen

Oman:

Al Mukhaini; Al Khamisi, Al Shaqsi, Al Ghassani, Al Ghatrifi; Al Saadi, Al Marzouq; Al Yahmadi, Fawaz, Al Aghbari; Al Rawahi

Score Prediction:

Indonesia 1-1 Oman

It is difficult to anticipate Oman’s tactical approach since this will be Tarik Sektioui’s first match in charge. That element of unpredictability could work to the visitors’ advantage.

Given Indonesia’s recent struggles at home, a draw appears to be a realistic outcome for both sides.
