Patna: The ongoing dispute between two big coaching operators of Patna has now turned into a legal dispute. After Roshan Anand sir goes to jail, now the sword of arrest is hanging on Khan sir alias Faizal Khan also. Patna Police has registered a case against Khan sir under the Arms Act for giving wrong information about firing on coaching.

Difficulties increased after the video surfaced  

The matter gained momentum when a video of the firing surfaced yesterday. After this the police arrested two guards of Khan sir. Weapons have also been confiscated from both of them and they have been sent to jail.

According to sources, Khan sir’s name has been added in the same FIR. It is alleged in the FIR that the firing took place in the presence of Khan sir. Now if Khan Sir does not get anticipatory bail from the court, then his arrest is considered certain.

Khan Sir gave clarification    

After being named in the FIR, Khan sir told the media that his guard had fired in self-defense. Immediately after the incident on Tuesday night, he had claimed that there was an attack on the coaching center and several rounds of firing. But the next morning he retracted his statement and said that in the confusion he repeated what the guard had told him.

On Thursday morning, Roshan Anand’s coaching Gyan Bindu had released the video of Khan sir’s guard firing and demanded action from the police. Only after this both the guards were caught. The weapons have been sent for forensic examination.

Credit fight becomes the root of controversy   

This fight between Khan sir and Roshan Anand sir started over taking credit for the candidates passed in Bihar Police constable recruitment. Patna’s coaching director Guru Rehman told that both were buying and selling coaching pass candidates. Meaning, both were taking credit for the success of the same student by claiming that they had studied there.

There was a felicitation ceremony for the passed candidates in coaching. Some candidates of other coaching also reached there. There was an altercation over this issue and the matter escalated into a fight. After this, Khan Sir’s coaching was attacked. Khan sir’s coaching card was also injured in this attack. In this case, some people including Roshan Anand sir are now in jail and action may be taken against Khan sir also.
