Fans, who had been waiting for the digital premiere of the film for a long time, were hopeful that they would get to watch the film live, but the new strategy of the platform spoiled the experience for many.

The film was to be released on OTT on June 4. The special thing was that the audience was going to get a chance to see the ‘raw and uncut’ version of the film, which also included those scenes which were removed during the theatrical release. However, instead of a general release, the film was premiered through live streaming. There were also complaints of several technical problems during the streaming which started late than the scheduled time. Audiences say that due to the live format, they were not able to watch the film by pausing or restarting it as per their convenience.

Many users on social media criticized this decision. Some viewers also complained about the sound quality, saying that the sound would suddenly drop out in several scenes, making it difficult to understand the dialogue.

Like the film’s theatrical release, there were huge expectations from the OTT release, but the live streaming model dampened the audience’s excitement to some extent. However, now the film is available for regular streaming and viewers can watch it as per their convenience.
