Kareena Kapoor Khan has a way of making the simplest outfits look special. While celebrity fashion is often full of dramatic gowns, bold trends and outfits most people can't imagine wearing in real life, Kareena usually takes a different route. And honestly, that's what makes her style so appealing.

Her latest appearance in Mumbai is proof.

The actor stepped out with husband Saif Ali Khan wearing a soft blue floral kurta set that felt elegant, easy and perfect for the season. It wasn't loud or attention-seeking. Yet somehow, it was one of those looks that instantly catches your eye.

The outfit came from Pero's Spring-Summer 2025 collection and featured tiny pink floral motifs scattered across the dupatta and wide-legged pants. The sheer blue kurta was layered over a floral inner, giving the entire look a light and breezy feel.

It looked comfortable, wearable and chic all at once.

The kind of outfit you'd happily save to your fashion mood board.

What really worked, though, was the way Kareena styled it.

She didn't pile on jewellery or go for heavy makeup. Instead, she kept everything relaxed and effortless. Her makeup was fresh with rosy cheeks, glowing skin and her signature pink lipstick. Her hair was worn straight and simple, which suited the easy vibe of the outfit perfectly.

She accessorised with a pair of long Hanut Singh earrings featuring soft pink stones that tied in beautifully with the floral details. Silver juttis completed the look and added a lovely traditional touch.

Meanwhile, Saif kept things classic in a black kurta-pyjama paired with tinted sunglasses. The two looked stylish without looking overly dressed up.

The couple were attending an event in support of Karisma Kapoor, who is currently promoting her crime thriller Brown. Set in Kolkata, the series follows detective Rita Brown as she investigates a murder that sends shockwaves through the city.

But as often happens with Kareena, her outfit ended up becoming a talking point of its own.

And it's easy to see why.

There's something refreshing about seeing a celebrity wear an outfit that feels achievable rather than intimidating. No over-the-top styling. No trend overload. Just a beautiful kurta, comfortable footwear and the confidence to carry it well.
