CBSE Revaluation Portal: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that as of 9:30 PM on Wednesday, over 56,000 students have submitted applications for the verification and revaluation of their Class 12 Board examination answer sheets. Among these, more than 5,000 requests are for verification, while over 45,000 pertain to revaluation. The Board has made payment options available through SBI, Canara Bank, Bank of Baroda, and Indian Bank for processing fees.
Students are not required to have accounts with these banks to utilize the service. The online portal for verifying and re-evaluating answer sheets has been active since June 2 and is accessible to students who have already received scanned copies of their evaluated scripts. The portal will remain open until midnight on June 6.
CBSE has also reported attempts of cyberattacks on the portal during the application period. These included Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks, which aimed to generate 1.5 million hits in just two minutes and execute over 100,000 unauthorized file access attempts.
To date, more than 40,000 successful transactions have been recorded via the SBI payment gateway. Additionally, Bank of Baroda, Indian Bank, and Canara Bank have processed thousands of online payments, enhancing the digital payment framework.
