• First go to the website.
• Go there and you will get an option called ‘Track Applicant Status’.
• Enter the Application ID, Aadhaar number and registered mobile number in the specified space
• Now enter captcha code. Then click on search or submit option.
• And only then you can see if your application has been successful.

For those who have not applied yet, take a look at the information to be submitted in the form of Annapurna Yojana:

• At the beginning of the form, the name of the head of the family, his date of birth, gender, Aadhaar number, digital ration card information should be submitted.
• Then enter the number of family members, address, contact number. Then the information of all the family should be mentioned step by step.
• Bank account documents, EPIC number and nationality details of each family member should be provided.
• Information about ration card, house type, family land ownership, vehicle, health insurance, income tax should be given.
• It is also mandatory to submit PAN card documents of family members.
• Type of employment, educational qualification of family members, whether under GST, government pensioner, whether any member is a political office bearer should also be mentioned.
• Information about CAA, SIR, other government benefits should be given at the very end of the form.
• Apart from this, the children of your family go to school, and from where they have been vaccinated, you should also inform them.
• Even after filling the form, if one’s Annapurna Yojana is cancelled, the reason should be mentioned to the concerned officer.

The state government has fixed the final deadline for form fill up within the next 3 months.
