- Know the symptoms
In today’s stressful lifestyle, the incidence of heart disease is increasing rapidly. Due to wrong diet, stress, lack of exercise and irregular routine, many people start experiencing heart problems even at a young age. However, many times the body is already giving some signals, but people ignore them. According to experts, if some of the early symptoms of heart disease are recognized in time, the serious risk can be avoided. Know what these symptoms are.
Sleeping Tips: Do you also have a habit of snoring while sleeping at night? Then follow these simple tips
Chest pain or tightness
A feeling of pain, heaviness or tightness in the chest is considered to be the most common symptom of heart disease. Sometimes the pain can spread to the arm, shoulder, neck or jaw. If the problem worsens especially when walking, climbing stairs or stress, it is necessary to consult a doctor immediately.
Difficulty breathing
Shortness of breath even after a short walk or simple activity can be a sign of heart failure. If the heart cannot pump blood properly, fluid builds up in the lungs and breathing becomes difficult.
Feeling tired all the time
If you are constantly tired even after getting enough sleep, it could be a heart problem. This symptom is more common in women. Lack of adequate oxygenated blood supply to the body leads to weakness and fatigue.
Swelling in the legs
Persistent swelling in the feet, ankles, or heels can also be a sign of heart disease. If the heart is not working properly, fluid accumulates in the body and causes swelling.
Irregular heartbeat
A sudden, very fast or irregular heartbeat can be a serious symptom. If this problem is experienced along with dizziness, sweating or restlessness, immediate examination is necessary. According to experts, the risk of serious heart disease can be reduced to a great extent if these symptoms are not ignored and if they are checked and treated in time.
