Police investigation revealed that Rashi has been associated with the Tandon family for years and she was in constant touch with this family since 2020. According to reports, Rashi used to come to Raveena’s mother Veena Tandon’s house to take care of her. In such a situation, she had become one of the trusted people of this family.

Police officials say that by working for years, the accused woman first won the trust of the family, then taking advantage of this trust, she kept an eye on the valuable things in the house and as soon as she got the opportunity, she stole two expensive watches along with precious jewellery.

How was the theft revealed?

The whole matter came to light when the family checked the locker and found that the jewelery and expensive watches kept in it were missing. After which information was collected about the people coming and going to the house. Along with this, Veena Tandon’s caretaker Rashi Chhabria was also interrogated. However, during initial interrogation he had clearly denied theft. But when he was asked again about the theft, he returned the stolen watches and assured to return the jewelery soon.
