In the capital Lucknow, LDA has again opened registration for flats in Aishbagh Square and Park View Apartment in Basant Kunj. Their price ranges from Rs 95 lakh to Rs 1.11 crore. There are 276 vacant flats in Aishbagh Square and 118 vacant flats in Park View Apartment. You can apply online for registration till June 30.
LDA VC Prathamesh Kumar said that a total of 384 three BHK plus servant category flats are to be built in Aishbagh Square Apartment on Mill Road in Aishbagh. The price of these flats of about 1900 square feet will start from Rs 1.11 crore. 108 flats of the apartment have been allotted through lottery. Registration has been opened again for the remaining 276 flats.
Registration opened for 118 flats
On the other hand, the Park View Apartment to be built in front of Rashtra Prerna Sthal under Basant Kunj Scheme will have a total of 364 flats of 154 and 195 square meters. The price of a 3 BHK flat here is around Rs 75 lakh and the price of a 3 BHK plus study category flat is around Rs 95 lakh. 246 flats have been allotted through lottery. Registration has now been opened again for the remaining 118 flats.
The construction of the apartments is targeted to be completed in three years and possession will be handed over in five years. After allotment, the entire money will have to be deposited in installments of 36 months. Allottees who deposit the entire amount within 45 days will get a rebate of six percent and those who deposit the entire amount within 90 days will get a rebate of four percent.

The connectivity and location of both the apartments is prime. The allottees will get facilities like swimming pool, park, club house, kids play area, lift, power backup, more parking space than the flats in the society.
