Theft at Raveena Tandon’s House : Mumbai Police has arrested a 47-year-old woman to the family of actress Raveena Tandon. Who is accused of stealing gold jewelery and expensive watches worth about Rs 25 lakh from the house of Raveena Tandon’s brother Rajiv Tandon. According to the police, the accused woman was associated with the Tandon family only a few years ago. He committed the theft after winning the trust of the family.

According to reports, the woman who has been arrested by the Mumbai Police is accused of breaking into the locker of the family’s Juhu home and stealing Veena Tandon’s gold and diamond jewelery and two expensive watches belonging to Raveena’s brother (filmmaker Rajeev Tandon). According to the complaint filed by Rajeev Tandon, the family discovered the theft on October 2 when they opened the locker ahead of the Dussehra festival. They discovered that the locker had been broken into and the missing items included gold bangles, necklaces, rings, earrings, diamond studded mangalsutra and various diamond jewellery. The value of the jewelery was said to be around Rs 25 lakh.

This woman was associated with the Tandon family since the year 2020 and used to visit the house regularly to help in taking care of the actress’s mother Veena Tandon. Initially, when the Tandon family interrogated the woman, she clearly denied the allegations of theft. However, after a complaint in the police, investigation into the matter revealed the truth. During police investigation, watches were recovered from the woman. The accused woman has reportedly given the jewelery to someone else to the family and assured that she will return the jewelery and other items. But this did not happen. After which the police arrested the accused.
