Eggs are a good source of vitamin D, which helps in the absorption of calcium in the body. Vitamin D is considered very important for strong bones.
5. Sesame and Ragi
Grains like sesame and ragi are rich in calcium. Especially Ragi is considered a superfood for bone health. By including it in regular diet, bones remain strong.
