Tata Motors Sales: The sales of the world’s leading automobile manufacturer Tata Motors have seen a tremendous increase in the month of May. Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd reported a huge jump of 42 per cent in total sales in May at 59,790 units. Whereas in May 2025, Tata had sold 42,040 passenger cars. The company said on Monday that Tata’s passenger car sales in the international market stood at 700 units in May 2026, which is 45 percent more than 483 units in May last year.

Talking about the sales of electric vehicles of Tata Motors, the sales of their electric vehicles (EV) reached a new high of 10,517 units.

Including passenger vehicles, Tata Motors’ total commercial vehicles sales increased by 17 percent to 32,850 units in May. In May, 2025 it was 28,147 units.
HM & ICV Sales
Meanwhile, domestic sales of Heavy Commercial Vehicles and Intermediate Commercial Vehicles (HM & ICV) increased by 10 percent to 13,679 units as against 12,406 units in May, 2025. Total domestic and international sales of MH&ICV increased by 7 percent to 14,596 units in May, 2026, compared to 13,614 units in May, 2025.
