TRIBUNNEWSBOGOR.COM, CIBINONG – Football jersey sales in Bogor Regency have been booming ahead of the 2026 World Cup, which is set to take place in June 2026.
One of the bustling spots is along Jalan Tegar Beriman in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency, where local vendors have seen a surge in demand for football jerseys.
Wulan, a jersey vendor in the area, admitted that her sales have significantly increased over the past two weeks.
Although she sells a wide variety of team jerseys, she mentioned that the Germany and Portugal national team shirts are currently the best-sellers among customers.
“It’s been getting busy lately, around 12 to 15 jerseys for adults and children, roughly 20 sets per day,” she told TribunnewsBogor.com on Monday (June 1, 2026).
The 40-year-old seller explained that even though online competition in jersey sales is quite tough, it hasn’t affected her business much.
She noted that her store continues to attract regular customers who frequently shop there, both for single purchases and in bulk.
Moreover, her prices remain affordable — around Rp35,000 for children’s jerseys and Rp60,000 for adult sizes.
“Thankfully, there hasn’t been any decline because every year I already have loyal customers, so sales have been stable,” she added.
