Who Can Apply for the JTO Posts at BSNL? However, candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted age relaxation in accordance with government regulations. This includes a relaxation of 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates, an additional relaxation of up to 10 to 15 years for candidates with disabilities, and a separate age limit criterion for BSNL employees.
