Cleanliness campaign continues in Anpara Thermal Project

Under the ‘Swachh Bharat Swasth Bharat Abhiyan’ of the Government of India, a large-scale continuous cleanliness campaign is being run in the colony premises every Sunday by the Anpara Thermal Project Management. In this sequence, on Sunday, 31st May, a massive Shramdaan campaign was conducted under the leadership of CGM Anpara Engineer Ajay Katiyar from 7 am in the CISF ground located in the colony premises, in which a large number of officers and employees, their family members, officials of trade unions. And local players participated enthusiastically and reiterated their commitment towards cleanliness, health and environmental protection.

On this occasion, project head Eng Ajay Kumar Katiyar himself donated his labor and gave the message of cleanliness and hygiene to the officers and employees of the project. He said that the main objective of donating labor under the cleanliness campaign is to make the plant and colony premises clean, beautiful and disease free and to spread public awareness about cleanliness. Shri Katiyar called upon everyone to take a pledge for cleanliness around their residence and their workplace.

He said that it is possible to establish a clean and healthy work environment only through individual and collective efforts. Where there is cleanliness, there is an end to diseases. It is the collective responsibility of all of us to create a clean and green campus. He appealed to reduce the use of plastic and not throw the garbage inside the residence in the back lane of the residence but in the garbage vehicle or dustbin.

Under the Swachhta Pakhwada, cleanliness work has been scheduled in the project premises in the coming days and Shramdaan work has been scheduled in Gandhi Upvan and Elephant Park on the coming Sunday, in which the CGM appealed to the people to actively participate in the cleanliness campaign.
