From 2020 to 2023, he sent various suicide tools including the deadly poison sodium nitrite to those who expressed their desire to commit suicide in exchange for huge sums of money. The criminal also advised on how to use them. In this way, Kenneth spread his business network around the world.

Sixty-year-old Kenneth used to communicate with mentally disturbed people through several websites. There, he befriended them under a false name and incited them to commit suicide.

According to investigators, more than 1,200 suicide kits were sent to more than 40 countries around the world. The countries to which this poison is sent include America, Britain, Canada, New Zealand and many countries in Europe and Asia. Investigators estimate that more than 150 people have committed suicide due to the poison sent by him. Among these, Kenneth has been directly linked to the death of at least 88 people in Britain.

The Canadian police arrested the accused in this incident in 2023. He was accused of murdering 14 people, but the case was dismissed due to various legal complications. However, on May 29, the accused admitted to the Canadian court that he helped 14 people commit suicide. Under Canadian law, Kenneth is expected to face 14 years in prison in the case.
