Bhopal: The case of suspicious death of Noida model and actress Twisha Case is getting complicated. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is investigating this high-profile case, is now investigating every aspect in depth. In this sequence, the interrogation of former District and Sessions Judge Giribala Singh has been intensified.
According to sources, during the five-day remand, the CBI asked him many important questions, which included issues like crime scene, post mortem report, digital evidence and family situation. During the interrogation, the former judge appeared uncomfortable several times and also talked about feeling uneasiness. It is being told that he even tried to avoid answering some questions.
Questions asked regarding post mortem report
During the interrogation, CBI, while mentioning the injuries recorded in the post-mortem report, asked how the injury marks found on Twisha’s body came to be. The agency wants to know who was present in the house at the time of the incident and whether such injuries could have occurred under normal circumstances. According to sources, Giribala Singh did not respond much to these questions.
CBI engaged in investigation of digital evidence
The investigating agency is now also investigating WhatsApp chats, call records and other digital records. Through this evidence, CBI is trying to understand the relationship between Twisha and her in-laws after marriage. Besides, allegations of mental and physical torture are also being investigated.
Questions also arose regarding pregnancy
CBI has also asked many questions regarding Twisha’s pregnancy and the pressure to it within the family. The investigating agency is trying to find out whether the actress was going through any mental stress and what were the reasons behind it.
Former judge called the allegations wrong
During interrogation, Giribala Singh denied all the allegations against him. He claimed that Twisha had gone into depression after the abortion and it is possible that due to this she took suicidal steps. However, instead of accepting this claim as the final truth, CBI is investigating every aspect on the basis of medical records, doctors’ statements and forensic evidence.
