MP Government Announcement: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav made several important announcements for the farmers after listening to the 134th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's radio program 'Mann Ki Baat' in Shujalpur of Shajapur district. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that I am happy that whatever decision our government takes, it implements it. Today we have created a record of purchasing more than 1 crore metric tonnes of wheat by paying a price of Rs 2625 per quintal. Till now we have broken all our own records. Madhya Pradesh government has also made a record of purchasing wheat from the maximum number of 14 lakh farmers in the entire country. This is the way our government works. He said that the government is keeping its promise by providing benefits to the farmers through Bhavantar Yojana for soybean. Our government is also promoting urad. For the first time we are giving bonus on urad. I am happy that Madhya Pradesh is number-1 in the country in the production of pulses. We are moving forward in that.

CM Dr. Yadav said that on one hand we are emphasizing on farming, on the other hand we are trying to produce pulses through factories here. CM We kept our promise by giving tax exemption to factories on import of toor dal. From cotton to many other things, the government is providing benefits to everyone. In the coming time, when the Rabi crop will come after the rains, we will free the farmers from difficulties by providing electricity during the day. He said that Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that I am happy that the government has started registering those who planted urad and moong. We are also going to purchase moong. We will give a special bonus of Rs 600 per quintal to those who have planted urad along with moong.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that we are also working for the poor, youth, Annadata and women. Farmers bring goods like milk, fruits and vegetables from village to city on motorcycles. Due to not having a helmet, they remain at risk of accidents. Our government will save the lives of farmers by providing helmets. In this way we will prevent accidents and farmers will also be guaranteed safety. He said that our government is also working on schemes regarding milk production. He said that our government is building cowsheds for stray animals. We are paying Rs 40 per cow per day to the cow rearer. So that mother cow does not have to remain hungry. He said that we are also promoting research on many things including cow urine. It is our commitment to increase the income of farmers by increasing milk production in the coming days. Through the National Dairy Board, we have taken the milk collection to 15 lakh litres. We have to contribute 20 percent in milk production in the country.
