New Delhi. There has been no change in the prices of LPG cylinders today on May 31. That means the old prices remain intact. Due to Iran war, there has been a change in the prices of LPG cylinder, CNG and petrol and diesel in the last three months.

Let us tell you, according to the rates released by oil marketing companies, LPG cylinder is being sold for Rs 913 in Delhi today on Sunday. Whereas in Mumbai its rate is Rs 912.50. The price of LPG cylinder in Kolkata is Rs 939 and in Chennai it is Rs 928.50.

Last month, the prices of commercial cylinders were increased by Rs 900. There has been no increase in rates since then. Let us tell you, since the beginning of the war, the rate of domestic cylinder has become costlier by Rs 60.

Government said there is enough LPG
In a recent statement issued by the Central Government, it has been said that there is sufficient quantity of LPG in the country. In such a situation no one needs to worry. In view of the current circumstances, the Central Government has instructed domestic companies to increase LPG production. At present, LPG production has reached an all-time high of 52000 tonnes.

The rules for purchasing LPG cylinders have already been tightened. Now no one is getting LPG cylinder without OTP. The government has imposed a limit of 45 days in villages and 25 days in cities. Booking of LPG cylinder cannot be done before this.
