Arsenal Receive Limited Ticket Allocation for Champions League Final in Budapest

Arsenal are set to compete in the UEFA Champions League final in Budapest, but only a limited number of their supporters will be able to witness the match in person.

After their hard-earned victory over Atletico Madrid, Arsenal fans have plenty of reasons to celebrate. However, securing tickets for the Champions League final is proving to be a major challenge.

Mikel Arteta’s men sealed their place in the final with a narrow 1-0 win at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night. With that result, the Gunners are now just one step away from ending their long wait for European glory.

They will go up against either Bayern Munich or Paris Saint-Germain in the final at the end of May, but the number of Arsenal fans inside the Puskás Aréna may be far fewer than expected.

Arsenal’s premium Club Level tickets at the Emirates typically include plush seating and access to the lounge two and a half hours prior to kick-off. The package features four beverages, one food item, and a complimentary half-time drink. Additionally, guests receive a £5 merchandise voucher and a free Museum Tour, offering a top-tier matchday experience for home fans.

While Arsenal continue to focus on their Premier League campaign, many of their supporters are already making plans for the trip to Budapest for the Champions League final.

The Puskás Aréna, which seats 67,215 spectators, will host the match. However, according to information released on Arsenal’s official website, only 16,824 General Admission tickets have been allocated to Arsenal fans, who will be seated on the North Side of the stadium.

Ticket prices range from €70 (£60) for the lowest category to €950 (£821) for Category 1 seats, reflecting the high demand and prestige of the event.

The club added that it is working closely with UEFA to “ensure as many supporters as possible can attend the game,” though it remains uncertain if any additional tickets will be provided.

If Arsenal’s opponents receive a similar ticket allocation, that would leave approximately 33,000 seats for other football fans and dignitaries attending the final.

For those unable to travel, Arsenal supporters will still have the chance to experience the final at the Emirates Stadium in London, ranked No.11 on FourFourTwo’s list of the best football venues in Britain. A giant screen will be installed for the May 30 clash, with ticket details to be announced soon.

Gunners fans will be keeping a close watch on Wednesday night’s second leg between Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain to learn who they will face in Budapest. After the thrilling nine-goal encounter between the two sides last week, Arsenal know the final will be a major test no matter which team advances.

Next up for Mikel Arteta’s side is a Premier League fixture against London rivals West Ham on Sunday, May 10.
