Netanyahu said bluntly, "We are currently taking military pressure on Hamas to its peak. At present we have direct control over 60 percent of the Gaza Strip. Although under the terms of the ceasefire we were limited to only 50 percent, I now have clear instructions that the Israeli military immediately increase its presence to 70 percent. We have surrounded Hamas from all sides and we will deal with the remaining 30 percent area later in our own way."
