- 2 cups cold and thick curd
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 3-4 teaspoons jaggery powder or grated jaggery
- Half teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- half teaspoon black salt

- First of all, put mint leaves, jaggery and some cold water in a small jar of the mixer and grind it well so that a soft paste is prepared.
- Now put cold curd in a big jar. Add prepared mint-jaggery paste, roasted cumin powder, black salt and chaat masala to it.
- After this, blend all the things well or beat them with the help of a churner, so that the Lassi becomes foamy and tasty.
- Now take out the prepared lassi in a glass. Pour ice on top and garnish with mint leaves or a little roasted cumin. Then serve it chilled.
