Click on the 'Home Guard Result' link located on the homepage.
Enter your Roll Number and Password, then click 'Submit'.
If you have been selected, a "Congratulations" message will appear, along with information regarding the next steps in the process.
If you have not been selected, a "Sorry" message will be displayed.

When was the UP Home Guard Recruitment Examination Held?
The written examination for the Home Guard recruitment was conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) on April 25, 26, and 27, 2026. This recruitment drive aims to fill over 41,000 vacancies.

Home Guard Recruitment Cut-off
Currently, the biggest question on the minds of candidates is: What will the cut-off marks be? Candidates have reported that the examination paper was quite difficult. Based on the difficulty level of the paper, it is estimated that if a candidate has correctly answered approximately 60 to 65 questions, they stand a good chance of being selected for the next stage. Candidates should, therefore, begin preparing for the subsequent stages immediately; however, a sense of apprehension persists among them. This is because the cut-off marks for the Sub-Inspector (Daroga) recruitment were exceptionally high; it now remains to be seen what the cut-off for the Home Guard recruitment will be.

What to Expect in the Document Verification and Physical Examination? Once the results are declared, a new date and an admit card will be issued to you. For document verification, you must carry the original copies of all the documents listed in your application form:

Physical Test Standards: Height:
Male (General/OBC/SC): 168 cm
Male (ST): 160 cm
Female (General/OBC/SC): 152 cm
Female (ST): 147 cm

Weight: The minimum weight for women across all categories must be 40 kg.

Running:

Male: 4.8 kilometers — within 28 minutes
Female: 2.4 kilometers — within 16 minutes

Following the successful completion of the physical test, a medical examination will be conducted, after which the final selection list will be released.
